32 years old from Florence, he is the Executive Chef of Pianigiani Hotels. After experiences in restaurants in Florence he graduated from Alma, the international school of Italian cuisine in Parma with the then rector Gualtiero Marchesi again. Thus began experiences in Michelin restaurants from Brianza by Pierino Penati, passing to the palace of Venaria Reale in Turin by chef Alfredo Russo up to Castel del Nero di Tavarnelle just returned to Tuscany. He follows his long experience in Marchesi Mazzei at the helm of the tavern in Fonterutoli and then lands to guide the kitchens of the restaurant in Villa a Scacciapensieri and the trattoria al Pozzo of the Arcobaleno Hotel. International experiences between Bangkok and the United States complete the chef's attitude, also giving an open mind between ingredients and technique.
